New three-story, 120-bed state-of-the-art skilled medical and nursing care facility. This project involved the renovation of approximately 116,000 square feet within an existing on-campus facility to become a full-service senior center, including commercial laundry facilities, a new central utility plant, meeting spaces, patient education, and support services.

  • Served as owner representative and project manager on behalf of the Jewish Home of San Francisco's board of directors

  • Reported directly to the CEO, construction committee, and board of directors with direct responsibility for all aspects of the project

  • Responsible for all planning aspects, from conceptual design to user groups and cost analysis, including schematic design and project completion, as well as all coordination with architects, HCAI, general contractor, inspectors, the Department of Health, and client from conception through completion
