Complete demolition and replacement of existing three-story, 40,000 square foot building with a 75,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility that includes a commercial kosher kitchen; a 20,000 square foot clinic, including dental care, eye center, podiatry center; related services, including a new laboratory, executive offices, meeting spaces, and board rooms to support the skilled nursing facility and nine-acre campus.

  • Served as owner representative and project manager on behalf of the Jewish Home of San Francisco's board of directors

  • Reported directly to the CEO, construction committee, and board of directors with direct responsibility for all aspects of the project

  • Responsible for all planning aspects, from conceptual design to user groups and cost analysis, including schematic design and project completion, as well as all coordination with architects, HCAI, general contractor, inspectors, the Department of Health, and client from conception through completion
